Integrated Solutions Approach (ISA) is the thinking mechanism protocol. This system enables TKDS to provide design solutions that enhance communities and the ecology. The foundation of the system is in using the existing environment whilst creating a new environment. ISA is prevalent in all our functions, whether its finance, construction, design or management.

There are three characteristics of the ISA system:

Adaptability

ISA focuses on ensuring the process to be used to get the project done is adaptable to its environment. This requires a deep understanding the local environment or ecology by looking beyond the traditional site analysis methodology.

Structure

A structural approach enables each team to set realistic goals, benchmarks and performance indicators. The ISA process has a structure that promotes checks and balances. This structure consists of: Ecosystem, Water Energy, Waste, Community, Civic, Transport System, Project Phasing, Impact and Recycle principles.

Accountability

In the modern world of innovation accountability is a buzzword. Whether its with regards to finances, the environment or solutions; every client wants to invest and accountable organization or organization that have systems that ensure accountability. The ISA process is specifically built for this purpose for both the organisation’s internal management and managing our client’s needs or dreams.
